The Molo Mhlaba Institute offers a range of Montessori instructional teacher training courses to young individuals that are seeking to pursue a career in teaching and become qualified Montessori educators.

The Molo Mhlaba Institute is born out of a growing need to resource the Molo Mhlaba Schools network of highly trained, passionate Montessorians living and working in marginalized communities and serving society’s most vulnerable children.

The training programmes, backed by the infrastructure and expertise of three Molo Mhlaba School campuses, offers young people both career mobility through in-service training providing hands-on professional development skills in Montessori schools operated by Molo Mhlaba Schools.
